摘 要:采用豆腐渣、淀粉为原料,以NaOH、丙三醇水溶液为溶剂,经加热溶解后制备豆腐渣/淀粉复合膜,并对复合膜的力学性能进行了测试分析。利用二次通用旋转组合试验设计法,研究了NaOH质量分数、豆腐渣与淀粉质量比、丙三醇用量对溶液黏度和复合膜断裂强度的影响。试验结果表明,在NaOH质量分数为1.7%,豆腐渣/淀粉质量比为1.135,丙三醇用量为0时,复合膜的溶液黏度达到6.25 kPa·s,断裂强度达到4.21 MPa。豆腐渣/淀粉复合膜的研究实现了对资源的有效利用,同时对黄麻/豆腐渣/淀粉复合材料的开发具有重要的意义。Soybean dregs/starch composite films were prepared with soybean dregs and starch as raw materials and glycerin and sodium hydroxide as solvent by thermal fusion method.The mechanical properties of the composite films were tested.The effects of mass fraction of NaOH,mass ratio of soybean dregs/starch and content of glycerol on the solution viscosity and breaking strength of the composite films were studied by adopting the twice common rotation combined with designed experiment.The results showed that when the mass fraction of NaOH was 17%,the mass ratio of soybean dregs/starch was 1.135 and the content of glycerol was 0,the solution viscosity of the composite film reached 6.25 kPa· s and the breaking strength 4.21 MPa.The present work has realized effective utilization of natural resources and has great significance for the development of jute/soybean dregs/starch composites.
