摘　　要：有五岳之首美称的泰山,是中国著名的旅游胜地。她由于有着丰富的食料物产资源与积淀深厚的文化底蕴,加上泰山人的聪慧,在漫长而辉煌的泰山文化发展历史进程中,创造出内涵丰富、风格独到的泰山饮食文化。清新淡雅的素馔斋食,得天独厚的山珍野味,唯此独有的佳蔬香蕈,寓功于食的食补药膳,历久益精的烹调技艺,是孕育和积淀泰山饮食文化厚实的基础。泰山饮食文化的形成,是自然与人文的完美结合。Taishan,renowned as the top list of China＇s Five Holy Mountains,is one of China＇s famous tourist resorts. The rich resources of foods and profound accumulation of cultural heritage, coupled with the intelligence of the natives of the Taishan areas produce Taishan catering culture,which is rich in connotations and unique in styles. The material conditions for breeding and accumulation of Taishan catering culture include lightly-seasoned vegetarian diets ,unique delicacies with wild game ,nourishing-oriented herbal cuisine and longstanding cooking skills. The perfect integration of nature and humanity gives birth to Taishan catering culture.
