摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定小麦粉中铅、镉、砷和总汞的方法。方法样品经湿法消化后定容到一定体积,然后用Agilent7700s.ICP—MS在氦碰撞模式下进行分析,用校正方程和混合内标等方式校正干扰和漂移。结果用电感耦合等离子体质谱法可以同时测定小麦粉中铅、镉、砷和总汞四种元素的含量,精密度均〈4%,回收率介于95%-110%,对标准参考物质的测定结果符合证书值要求。对396份小麦粉实际样品测定的结果均令人满意,且四种重金属的含量均在安全范围之内。结论利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法可以同时测定小麦粉中铅、镉、砷和总汞四种重金属元素的含量。该方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于同类型食品中多种元素含量的同时测定。Objective To develop a method for determining the contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic and total mercury in wheat flour by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods After wet digestion with nitric acid, the sample was deter- mined directly by Agilent 7700s inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry under helium collision mode, and the correction equation and mixed internal standard were used to correct matrix interference and signal drifting. Results The contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic and total mercury in wheat flour can be determined simultaneously by ICP - MS. The RSDs of the meth- od were less than 4% , the recoveries were 95.0% - 110%. The analysis results of standard material were in line with the re- quirements of certificate. The results of 396 wheat flour real samples were satisfactory and the concentrations of four metal ele- ments in wheat flour in Guangdong province were within the range of safety. Conclusion The concentrations of lead, cadmi- um, arsenic and total mercury in wheat flour can be determined rapidly and precisely by ICP -MS. This method is simple and reliable. It can be applied to the determination of multiple elements in the same type of foods.
