摘　　要：本文从校长个人发展、学校重建及学区与教育系统变革三个层面分析校长继任的现实意义,分析校长轮岗的背景下校长继任实践存在的问题,并提出规避的策略。This paper outlined the practical significance of principal succession from perspectives of personal development of principals, school reconstruction and systematic educational reform, analyzed the problems existing in principal succession practice in the policy background of principal rotation and proposed countermeasures to problems.
