摘 要:近二十年来,我国的教师教育经历了从旧三级师范到新三级师范的转型性发展。在这一过程中,本科学历小学教师的培养在取得显著成绩的同时也出现了一些问题:单科学术性培养,缺乏全科教学能力;管理失范,地位下降,培养质量标准不一;按学科大类培养和招聘教师,缺乏教师专业化特性等。对此,我们应通过优化培养模式,修订和完善教师法等法律法规,进一步完善和落实教师教育标准体系等途径来克服和改进。In the recent 20 years, China's teacher education has experienced transitional development from the old three-grade normal education to the new three-grade normal education. During the process, great achievements have been made in the training of primary school teachers with undergraduate diplomas; however, there have been some problems, including single subject academic training, lack of multidisciplinary teaching ability, anomie of management, decay of their status, inconsistency of quality standard of training, training and recruiting teachers according to disciplines, and lack of professionalized features of teachers, etc. For this sense, we should overcome them and improve training of primary school teachers through optimizing training models, revising and perfecting laws and rules such as Teacher's Law, and further perfecting and carrying out standard system for teacher education.
