高职院校学业指导师职业素养的内涵建设——基于双元制学生管理模式的探究

摘　　要：论文以酒店管理专业为例从工作过程系统化课程体系开发的角度探究学业指导师的职业素养,主要包括学业指导师对工作过程系统化课程开发理论的学习和理解、专业岗位(群)分析和工作任务分解、职业行动领域的归纳和学习领域的转换等职业素养内容的探究。Taking the hotel management major as an exaple, this paper explores the occupation qualification of academic teacher from the from the angel of development of systematic work process course system, which mainly includes the following aspects： academic teacher＇s study and understanding to the development theory of systematic work process courses, the professional positions group analysis and work task decomposition, induction of occupational action area and the transformation of study fields, etc.
