摘　　要：教师在专业发展过程中,既需要扎实的知识基础,也需要熟练的专业技能和良好的情意品质等方面的强有力支撑。受困于城乡二元化发展现实困境下的农村教师专业发展,不仅要克服自身知识、能力、资源条件等方面的不足,还必须优化职业心态、提高教育教学工作效能感,通过专业情意的优化才能还农村教师以专业自信。During the process of the teacher professional development, we must strengthen the teachers＇ professional knowledge skills, scientific research ability of intelligent training, and emphasize to affective as the core of professional ethics quality of affective cultivation. The professional development of rural teachers not only to overcome their own knowledge, ability, the deficiency of the resource conditions, still must optimize professional attitude, improve the education teaching self-efficacy, through professional affective optimization also rural teachers＇ professional self-confidence.
