摘　　要：信息化社会以来,中国文化的复杂性有增无减,阐述这种复杂性的一个重要关键词就是"纠结"。纠结的根源是主体占有的信息量小于环境对象的信息量,纠结的本质是主体信息缺失导致的不确定性。"给力"的本质就是主体得到了信息而产生的确定性,确定性与不确定性的根本问题是信息的相互作用。信息可以归结为有序,复杂在本质上是信息急剧增长的结果,面对社会日趋复杂带来的种种纠结,人类唯一有效的应对战略就是信息战略。应对中国复杂文化纠结的根本路径,就是在社会管理过程中的每一个层次和每一个环节中,通过纠结变换,将作为纠结的约束打开,从而大大缩小交易成本,实现卓有成效的社会管理。Since the information society, the complexity of Chinese culture has been increasing all the time. The important key word to illustrate such a complexity is “entanglement”, and the root of entanglement is because of the main body of the amount of information is less than the environment information of objects. The essence of the entanglement is deficiency of subject information leads to uncertainty, and the essence of the awesome is the obtaining of information creates the certainty. The fundamental problem of certainty and uncertainty is the interaction of information. Information can be attributed to the orderly and the complex in nature is the result of information increase sharply. In the face of all sorts of tangled complex society brings, the only effective coping strategy of human is the information strategy. The fundamental way to deal with the complex Chinese culture is through the tangled transformation in the process of social management in every level and every link to solve the tangle of constraints, thus greatly reduce transaction costs and achieve an effective social management.
