摘　　要：体育教学的考核不仅是对学生身心的客观评价,也是对体育教学的真正检验。分散考核作为一种教学手段,其目的是督促学生在课内外积极进行身体练习,从而提高教学效果,以便能更好地完成学校体育教学任务。Examination in PE teaching can not only evaluate students＆#39; body and mind objectively, but also test the effect of PE teaching. As a teaching method, scattered examination can supervise and urge students to do physical exercises both in and after the class, thus can further improve PE teaching effect and fulfill the tasks of college PE teaching.
