摘 要:师范院校教师核心价值观的构建过程就是教师核心价值观内化的过程,这个过程是把社会对学校教师的期望和要求转变成学校教师个体的内在需要,由外在的约束转变为内在自觉的过程。在社会主义核心价值观的指引下,学校通过"认知—教育,熏陶—认同,实践—养成"这样显性教育与隐性教育的结合过程来完成师范院校教师核心价值观的构建。The construction process on the core values of teachers in normal schools is the internalized process of teacher's core value. It is the process that turns the social expectations and demands for school teachers into the internal needs of each individual one, and changes the external constraint to the inner consciousness, as well as promote and improve the teachers' affective development correspondingly. Under the guidance of the socialistic core values, schools will accomplish their construction on the core values of teachers through the process of combining dominant education with recessive education, that is, the educa- tional pattern of "cognition-education, edification -self-identity, practice construction".
