摘 要:根据笼型异步电动机断条故障的基本规律及相空间重构和模糊聚类的物理意义,利用相空间重构把非线性时间序列重构成低阶非线性系统的组合,对三相电流信号进行分析、提取信号特征,对重构后的电流轨迹进行辨识和定量分析,实现故障深入诊断。利用实验数据和仿真验证:该方法可用于笼型异步电动机转子断条故障的检测。Based on the basic law of bar breaking fault of squirrel cage asynchronous motor and the physical significance of phase space reconstruction and fuzzy clustering, using phase space reconstruction, the nonlinear time series is transited into a combination of low- order nonlinear system, the current signal of three phases are analyzed. The signal characteristics are extracted. The reconstructed current trajectories are identified and then the quantitative analysis are made. Thus the motor fault diagnosis may be realized in-depth. Tile simulation taking advantage of experimental data verifies that the method is practical for bar breakage fault diagnosis of squirrel cage asynchronous motor.
