摘　　要：《现场管理》是很多高校管理专业、机械专业等本科阶段的必修课程。该课程内容涉及大量与生产实践密切联系的内容,且具有较强的行业专业性。为增强课程的普遍适用性,文中提出将教学目标主要围绕在"观察能力"的塑造及"思考维度"构建这两方面,并在此目标指导下,系统设计了该课程的教学内容模块。＆lt;Site Management ＆gt;is one of the required courses of management majors and mechanical majors at undergraduate level in many universities and colleges.This course＇s contents have a close relation with production practice and is strongly associated with specific industry.To enhance the course＇s general applicability,this paper puts forward that this course＇s teaching aims should focus on two aspects：building“observation ability”and constructing“thinking dimension”.And guided by these aims,the teaching content modules are systematically designed.
