摘　　要：文章围绕提大学生专业英语应用水平展开探讨,通过分析材料工程专业大学生专业英语教学现状,结合大学生学习特点和行业对专业素质的要求,从改进专业英语教学内容及形式入手,提出以实际任务为驱动进行大学专业英语教学的方法。This paper focuses on improving college students＆#39; application level of specialized English. By the analysis of materials engineering students＆#39; specialized English teaching situation and combined with the learning characteristics of college students and professional quality requirements of industry,we study on improving English teaching content and form.The actual task-driving teaching method of college specialized English is proposed in this paper.
