摘　　要：教师迁调是教师流动的重要途径。澳大利亚教师迁调制度的形成有着重要的政治、文化与时代原因,同时也与教师个人志愿和政府行政干预紧密相关。澳大利亚教师迁调制度体系框架比较完整,结构内容十分丰富,运行程序相对严密,有着十分鲜明的特色,但也存在着一些值得关注的问题。澳大利亚教师迁调制度的经验与问题对我国的教师流动尤其是教师内部迁调具有重要的借鉴价值。Teacher transfer is an important way of teacher flow. Australian teacher transfer system not only has its important reasons of politics, culture and age, but also is closely related to the will of individual teachers and the intervention of government. Australian teacher transfer system is characterized by a complete framework, rich in content and rigid in op- eration, but there are still some issues deserving attention. These experiences and problems have an important value of ref- erence for the teacher flow in our country, especially the internal transfer of teachers.
