摘  要:随着素质教育对班主任角色要求的提高,涉及班主任角色转换的理论已日渐增多,班主任角色的扮演已受到越来越多人的关注。的确,身处一线的义务教育阶段,班主任在推进素质教育的过程中,发挥着至关重要的作用。班主任素质的高低直接关系到素质教育的成败。如何成为一名真正的"传道"、"授业"、"解惑"的班级工作者,笔者从五个方面阐述了新时期、新教育背景下的班主任角色转换。With the increasing requirements for the head teacher's role in quality-oriented education, there are more and more theo-ries involving the transformation of the head teacher's role, and more and more attention is given to the head teacher's role. In-deed, frontline head teachers at the stage of quality-oriented ed-ucation play a vital role in promoting quality-oriented education. The quality of head teachers directly relates to the success or failure of quality-oriented education. In order to explore how to be a real class worker that transmits the truth, imparts knowledge and dispels doubts, the writer elaborated the transformation of the head teacher's role in the new period and new education back-ground from five aspects.
