摘  要:为深刻认识新时期学校运动会的人文价值及实现途径,促进学校体育改革与校园体育文化发展。采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对学校运动会的人文教育价值进行了研究。结论表明:以"育人"为本质的学校运动会,其人文教育价值主要体现在对学生的思想品质、道德情操、人生观与价值观的人文关怀;比赛形式的竞技性,过程的不公平性,内容的单一性,参与的局限性是其逐渐偏离其本质的主要原因;它对学生人文精神的培养或明、或暗孕育于各项具体活动之中,培养的形式或是被直接告知的,或是潜移默化的,即通过活动实体、氛围感染或亲身体验等,直接或间接影响学生的理念、行为与情感。Objective : In order to deeply understand the humanism education value and approaches of school sports meeting, and to promote the reform and development of school sports, this paper analyzed the humanism education value of school sports meeting by literature review and experts interview methods. Conclusions: The essence of school sports meeting is "education" , its humanism education value is taking care of students' ideological quality, moral ethics, outlook on life and values. Competitive games, unfair competition, single content, participation restriction are the main reasons for that school sports meeting gradually deviates from its essence. School sports meeting may cultivate students' humanism by specific activities. Its cultivating forms is showed directly or indirectly through physical activity, and the practice, atmosphere infection or experience of school sports meeting may directly or indirectly affect students' concept, behavior and emotion.
