LBL、PBL、CBL与PBL相结合教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:分析LBL、PBL、CBL与PBL相结合教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中的效果并进行比较。方法:选取中国医科大学五年制口腔医学专业90名学生作为研究对象,随机分成3组,分别接受LBL教学法(A组)、PBL教学法(B组)、CBL结合PBL教学法(C组)。通过问卷调查和口腔黏膜病学考试两项指标对教学效果进行评价。结果:C组总体优于A、B组。结论:CBL与PBL相结合教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中是可行的。Objective： To explore the effect of problem-based learning（ PBL） combined with case-based learning（ CBL） in the practice of oral mucosal diseases teaching. Methods： 90 students were evenly divided into three groups： the LBL group（ A）,the PBL group（ B） and the combined group（ C）. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by subjective questionnaire and objective test. Results： The evaluation shows that group C is significantly superior to group A and B. Conclusions： PBL combined with CBL,can improve the effect of oral mucosal diseases teaching and should be engaged in oral mucosal diseases teaching gradually.
