摘　　要：选择以酒店90后实习生为研究对象,通过文献研究与访谈、调研,开发了实习工作价值观量表。实证研究结果表明:开发的实习工作价值观量表具有良好的信效度,它包括成就价值、专业价值、人际关系、经济价值等维度;各结构维度与总体实习工作价值观的关联效应存在显著性差异;不同人口统计变量的实习工作价值观各维度表现显著性差异。With the post 90 interns majoring in Hotel as study object, this paper develops the meas-urement model of practical training values by a combination of thematic group discussions and literaturereview, is proposed. The empirical results show that the scale has good validity and reliability, whichincludes achievement value, professional value, human relation value and economic value; the correla-tion effect between each dimension of practical training values and general training values identity hassignificant difference; each demographic variable has different effects on each dimension of practicaltraining values.
