图形图像制作专业教学团队建设策略研究——以重庆航天职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：摘要：教学团队是进行日常教学、课程开发、项目研发、学生培养的平台。近年来，高职院校专业教学团队在工学结合、校企合作的背景下不断发展、壮大，成为高等职业教育教学、教改的重要实施主体。本文以重庆航天职业技术学院图形图像制作专业教学团队为例，全面介绍了教学团队在人才培养过程中的课程设计、教学改革方面的一些做法，总结了团队建设的一些成果。Teaching group is the platform of daily teaching, course development, project research and student training. In recent year, higher vocational colleges professional teaching team under the background of the work-integrated learning, cooperation between colleges and enterprise continuous development and expansion, become the important implementing subject in the educational reform of higher vocational education. This paper takes image and graphics profession teaching group of chongqing aerospace polytechnic college as an example, introduces some way of course design and teaching reform in professional teaching team in the process of talent training and summarizes some achievements of team building.
