摘  要:顶岗支教实习是师范生培养的一个重要环节,对其教师教育能力的发展有着重要意义。当前师范生顶岗支教实习的现状是具备基本教育教学理论知识,但心理状态不稳定,学科教学知识缺乏。因此,师范生应该认真修习职前教师教育课程;在顶岗支教实习中认真钻研教学,经常与指导教师沟通,学会教学反思,促进专业发展。Full time teaching practice is an important link in the training of normal school students,which is of great significance to the development of teacher education ability. Current situation in full time teaching practice is that the normal school students possess the basic theory knowledge in education and teaching,but have not the instability of psychological state,and lack the pedagogical content knowledge. Therefore,normal school students will earnestly study the pre service teacher education curriculum,delve into the teaching,communicate with the teacher,learn to teaching reflection in full time teaching practice,and promote professional development.
