美国管理信息系统硕士研究生教育及对我国的启示

摘　　要：提高我国信息化水平的一个重要措施是培养高层次的人才。通过访学及调研，对美国部分高校管理信息系统专业硕士研究生教育进行了分析，尽管其专业名称、所属院系不尽相同，但其培养目标基本上是要培养行业的领军人物。课程设置方面既注重信息技术与经济管理的结合，同时注重社会的实际需求，强调综合能力的培养。这对我国的管理信息系统硕士研究生教育具有一定的借鉴意义。Training high -level personnel is important to improve the level of informationize in China. Through investigated graduate program in some colleges and universities during visiting in the United States,the master＇s education in Management Information System is analyzed.The MIS masters program is basically to foster the industry leader despite the names of program vary and faculties belong in differently.The curriculum not only concentrates on the combination of information technology and economic management,but also on social high -demand field of information systems,and on development of integrative capacity.This may bring some inspiration to graduate education of MIS in China.
