摘　　要：随着互联网的发展及云空间的建设,"翻转课堂"已被越来越多人接受。从理念、形式、角色、评价、作业五个方面运用翻转法进行"烹饪营养与卫生"课程的教学改革,可以大幅度地激发学生的学习热情,提升学生的学习能力,提高学生的专业素质和学习效率。With the development of network and construction of cloud hosting,the flipped classroom has been accepted by more and more people.Applying flipped class model in the course of Cooking Nutrition and Health,which means the reform of teaching philosophy,teaching model,roles of teaching,evaluation and assignments,will arouse students＇ interests and improve their learning ability.Therefore students＇ professional quality and their learning efficiency will also be promoted.
