摘  要:大学与中学协作(University-School cooperation)培养教师是教师教育发展的必然诉求。建立良好的协作机制是培养高质量教师的内在需求,在广识、参与的基础上实现双赢是U-S协作的导向机制,在交流、共享的过程中形成合力是U-S协作的动力机制,在完善、规范的制度下有效运行是U-S协作的保障机制,在务实、高效的路径下有效实施是U-S协作的运行机制,在智慧、通达的环境下变革思维是U-S协作的引领机制。惟有营建富有生命形态的协作机制,才能形成良好的教师培养文化和运作方式,实现教师培养高质化。U-S(University-School)cooperation on teacher cultivation becomes the necessary requirement for the development of teacher and education.Building of perfect cooperation mechanism is the internal demand of highly qualified teacher education.For U-S cooperation,it's the guiding mechanism of realizing winwin target based on knowledge and participation.The dynamic mechanism of forming composite force based on communication and sharing;the guarantee mechanism of effective operation based on perfect and standard system;the operation mechanism of effective implementation based on efficient and fruitful road;the leading mechanism of thinking reformation based on intellectual and informed environment.Only when the vigorous cooperation mechanism was developed can the teacher cultivation and operation mode be well formed,realizing the goal of cultivating highly qualified teacher.
