摘  要:教育部于2013年初颁布了《义务教育学校校长专业标准》,这意味着中国校长工作的专业性得到了正式的认定并将有专业的标准来进行规范。在世界其他各国,校长专业标准的制定与推行也是近十几年才出现的。本文通过对西方主要国家校长专业标准的制定、内容和实践进行综合分析,首先提炼并总结了各国校长标准的核心要素与不同模式。在对其专业标准实践经验进行比较分析的基础上,发现建立标准指导下的校长专业学习支持系统以及校长的专业认证与评估是专业标准实施的重要基石。最后本文将结合比较分析的结论,为中国校长专业标准的修订与后续的实践提出建议。Ministry of Education recently issued Professional standard for principals of compulsory education schools. This indicated that the professionality of principals' work was tormally recog- nized and would be regulated by professional standard. In other countries the development and im- plementation of professional standard for principals was recent event. Through analysis of the devel- opment, content and practice of professional standard for principals in western countries, this paper refined the core elements of professional standard for principals, and discovered that standard - based support system for principals' professional learning, professional certification were the two foundation for the effective implementation of professional standard for principals. Based on the a- nalysis, this paper put forward suggestions for revision and follow - up implementation.
