摘　　要：本文从继续教育政策制度与管理机制协同创新的角度,探讨我国继续教育领域综合改革的思路与出路,分别从目标价值、制度创新与机制创新等方面进行了深入浅出的阐述,以此促进我国继续教育综合改革更上一层楼。From the perspective of innovation in the continuing education policy and regula- tions, as well as in its management mechanism, this paper explores the idea of comprehensive re- form in the field of education and the way out. It illustrates in terms of target value, institutional innovation and meChanism innovation respectively so as to promote China＇s comprehensive reform in continuing education.
