摘  要:教学者与研究者的角色冲突,是广大中学教师面临的现实问题。应对教师角色冲突,实现教师角色从传统的教学者向教育教学研究者转变,是基础教育改革和教师自身发展的现实需要。教师要成为研究者,必须增强研究意识,提升研究能力,注重科研道德,投身研究实践。Many teachers of secondary school are facing the role conflict between educator and researcher. It is necessary both for the success of reform in elementary education and the teacher's own development to resolve this type of role conflict and switch from the traditional role as educator to educational researcher. To achieve this goal, teachers must raise the awareness of research, im- prove their research ability, pay attention to research ethics, and participate in research activities.
