摘　　要：培养有实践能力和创新精神的高级人才是现代高等教育的育人目标。传统的药理学实验教学束缚学生创新思维和医学技能的培养,改革陈旧的教学模式和教学方法,是迎合现代社会对医学人才需求的根本途径。实施药理学实验教学改革,充分调动学生对药理学学习的主观能动性,能更好地实现教学目的和任务。To train senior talents with practical ability and innovation is the target of modem advanced education. The traditional method of pharmacology experiment bounds the training of innovation and medical skills. To change the old teaching system and teaching method is the basic way to meet the requirement of modem society in medical talents. Reform in pharmacology experiment, stimulating the students initiative in pharma- cology study, can meet the teaching aim and asignment more better.
