液相法检测乳与乳制品中糖精钠等标准品配制的研究

摘　　要：研究了液相法检测乳与乳制品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、安赛蜜标准品配制方法,标准品分为单标和混标标准品.通过对阳性样品实验、标准品峰面积测定实验、回收率实验的对比,结果表明,安赛蜜和糖精钠单标和混标标准品峰面积有显著差异,且混标标准品检测回收率符合方法要求90％～110％的范围.This paper studies the method of preparation of standard of benzoic acid, sorbic acid,acesulfame-K,saccharin sodium salt in milk and dairy product detected by HPLC, The standard is divided into single and mixed standardstandard, through the positive sample test,the testing of peak area of standard,the compare of recovery ratio test, the results show There is significantly different between the peak area of acesulfame saccharin sodium standard single and mixed standard , and recovery of the mixed meet the requirements range of 90%-110% of the method.
