摘　　要：精品课程战略的实施和普及对我国高等教育质量的改善和教学改革起到了积极推动作用,但在精品课程建设和应用中也存在着绩效水平低下的问题。该文在对H大学精品课程建设和应用分析的基础上,指出精品课程中存在着绩效问题,并分析了原因之所在。然后,从学习绩效、教学绩效和管理绩效三个层面对影响精品课程的绩效评价因素进行了剖析,同时提出精品课程开发和应用绩效改善的措施。During the implementation and popularization of the Top-quality Courses, the positive effects have been on improvement of higher educational qualities and teaching reform. But there also are some performance problems in the process of construction and application of the Top-quality Courses. Based on the analysis of the Top-quality Courses of H University, the paper points out that many problems about performance exist in the Top-quality Courses and analyzes the causes of them. The performance of the Top- quality Courses may be composed of three levels of learning performance, teaching performance and management performance. In the end, the paper puts forward the measures of performance improvement on the development and application of the Top-quality Courses.
