摘　　要：中国古代儒家思想论著《论语》中关于人的立身处世的阐释,对今天的团队建设有着重要的启发意义。文章从《论语》提及的内容,就团队建设分别从个体形象的塑造、成员之间的相处、如何在团队中提升自己以及团队文化建设等方面作了分析。The explanation of how to behave well in a society in the Analects plays an important role in the teamwork today. On the basis of the Analects, the author of this paper makes an analysis of the construction of teamwork from the following aspects, viz., the construction of individual image, getting along with each other, promoting oneself in the teamwork and the cultural construction of the teamwork.
