高校心理健康服务体系的建构——以某高校为例

摘　　要：在分析当前大学生心理健康现状的基础上,以某高校十多年来心理健康服务体系的建构工作为例,探讨高校心理服务体系的建构。认为心理健康工作得以顺利开展,依赖于几个因素:行政管理体系、机构体系、队伍体系、硬件设施体系。Based on the analysis of university students current status of mental health, taking the construction of Mental Health Service System of a university in the past ten years as the example, this paper analyzes the construction of universities＇mental health service system, holding that the work can be developed smoothly depending on the following factors ： the administrative management system; the mechanism system; the staff system; the hardware facility system.
