摘　　要：本文综述了美国高校教学发展中心建设的经验.首先,概述了专业化、组织化的教学发展中心的发展背景和状况并介绍教学发展中心的宗旨与服务内容;其后,从组织结构、人员配置和资金支持三个方面论述教学发展中心的运行保障机制.在此基础上,对我国医学院校的教学发展中心的建设提出了建议：理念先行,树立促进教师全面发展的理念,顶层设计,构建教学发展中心运行的新机制,组织保障,促进教学发展中心的良好运行.This paper reviews the construction experience of center for excellence in teaching and learning in the United States. This paper first outlines the background and status center for excellence in teaching and learning, and introduces the purpose and content. Subsequently, the paper argues the guarantee of the operation of CETL from organization, staff, funding. On this basis, the author puts forward the proposals about the CETL in the medical institution, firstly, to establish the idea of promoting the comprehensive development of teachers, secondly, construct new mechanisms of CETL, thirdly, to support the operation of the CETL through organizational measure.
