摘　　要：以植物氢化油、酪朊酸钠、乳清粉等为主要原料 ,进行配方试验 ,成功试制出了系列风味可塑型涂抹食品。本产品兼顾营养与风味 。In this paper we mainly study the formula with hydrogenated plant oil, sodium caseinate, whey powder as raw material to produce series of smearing foods with meat\|flavor, vegetable\|flavor,sweat\|taste and so on. The product is rich in nutriments and has a good flavour, therefore it's prospect is bright.
