摘  要:以固体超强酸SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3为催化剂,己酸和正辛醇为原料经酯化反应合成己酸正辛酯。考察了酯化反应条件对酯化率的影响,并采用GC-MS和FTIR对产物进行了表征分析。由正交实验结果得出己酸正辛酯的优化合成工艺为:酸醇摩尔比1∶1.5、催化剂用量0.45g(相对于0.05mol己酸)、带水剂环己烷用量3mL、反应时间1.5h。在此条件下,反应的酯化率可达98.04%。The octyl hexanoate was synthesized by hexanoic acid and octanol,using solid superacid SO4^2-/SnO2^-Al2O3 as catalyst. The effect of esterification conditions on the esterification rate were investigated,and the product were characterized by GC-MS and FTIR. Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimized synthesis of octyl hexanoate was obtained.the molar ratio of hexanoic acid to octanol was 1:1.5,amount of catalyst was 0.45g (relative to 0.05mol hexanoic acid),cyclohexane dosage was 3mL,and reaction time was 1.5h, under this condition,the esterification rate could achieve 98.04%.
