摘　　要：本文针对西南部地区落后的基础教育的具体问题,并结合高等代数教学中的实例,提出了西南部地区大学数学教学的一种新方法:提高兴趣,设置情景;融会贯通,逐层深入;提高技能,学以致用。The basic education in the south- west areas has many drawbacks, in this paper, combined with the teaching examples in the higher algebra, we proposed a new method on mathematics teaching in the college in the south - west areas. Firstly, we can raise interest and set the scene; secondly, achieving mastery, layer by layer; thirdly, improving skills and applying the knowledge.
