摘　　要：从模因论和顺应论对英语课堂教师话语的优化可知,教师应根据课堂需要构建优质模因传播环境,选择顺畅的教师话语模因,顺应课堂师生的交际目的,让学生在愉悦的语境中提高语言技能及交际能力。According to memetics and the linguistic adaptability in the improvement of teachers＇ talk in EFL classroom, teachers should establish better memetic dissemination environment, choose their speech meme based on contextual need, conform to the classroom communicative purpose of teachers and students in order to make students better master the target language and command communicative skills in the pleasant environment.
