地方师范院校教育实习的改革与探索——以肇庆学院顶岗支教实习为例

摘　　要：肇庆学院成立教师教育学院推进教师教育的改革与发展,选择怀集县为试点,建立教师教育改革创新实验区,探索新形势下教师教育改革与发展的新机制、新模式、新方法,提高教育科研水平以及服务山区、服务农村教育的能力,探索适合新形势需要的师范生教育培养新模式。着重介绍肇庆学院顶岗支教实习的改革探索,也提出了一些问题及建议。Combined with basic education especially the rural education of Guangdong province, Zhaoqing University has established a special teacher education college in order to promote the reform and development of teacher education, Huaiji county is selected as a pilot, try to establish the reform and innovation of teacher education experimentation area, new mechanism, new mode,new methods and the development of teacher education reform under the new situation, to improve the level of educational research and the service area, service ability of rural education, and explore the new mode for normal education training needs in the new situation. Introduces the practice of Zhaoqing University in post teaching practice, puts forward some problems and suggestions.
