澳大利亚TAFE学院行业主导的教学标准及实施保障体系对我国高职院校加强内涵建设的启示

摘　　要：通过对澳大利亚TAFE学院的实地考察,对澳大利亚职业教育特点进行分析,并在对TAFE学院行业主导的教学标准及实施保障体系进行详细论述的基础上,进一步指出,澳大利亚职业教育的由行业主导制定职业教育教学标准、"双师"素质师资队伍建设、先进的教育信息化水平、内控外监相结合的质量保障体系等具体做法对加强内涵建设的我国高职院校来说,具有重要的现实启示意义。Though the on - the - spot investigation and based on the detailed explanation of the teaching standard and assurance system of TAFE of Australia with industries in leading, this paper discusses the characteristics of Australia＇ s vocational education, points out that it is of vital practical significance to the connotation construction of vocational colleges in our country that Australia＇s vocational education implement the education and teaching standards with industries in leading, the construction of teaching staff with both engineering and teaching quality, advanced education informatiza- tion level, and the quality assurance systems of the combination of internal controlling and external monitoring.
