摘  要:在高职院校"电工技术"课程共享教学资源建设完善的基础上设计翻转课堂教学模式,并对此种教学模式进行实践研究。这种教学模式的优点在于能够发挥学生的主观能动性,学习不受时间和地域的限制。这种教学模式受制于课程教学资源和教师的授课经验,不建议新教师采用。翻转课堂只是一种教学模式,要和其他教学方法相结合才能收到较好的教学效果。这种教学模式要求教师能够熟练运用各种现代教育方法,所以推广还需要一定的时间。The flipped classroom teaching mode is designed based on the perfection of the construction of the shared resources of "el.ectrotechincs" course in vocational colleges. The paper also discusses the practice of this teaching mode in real teaching. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion that the advantages of this teaching mode are:it can bring out students' subjective initiative;study is not limited by time and space. However, this kind of teaching mode is dependent on teaching resources and teacher's experience in teaching, so new teachers should not adopt this mode. Flipped classroom teaching is teaching made which can bear better results while combined with some other teaching methods in real teaching practice. This kind of teaching mode requires that teachers should use all kinds of modem teaching methods skillfully and therefore, its popularization still takes times.
