摘 要:针对传统红外遥控系统接收器在距离和方向性方面受限的缺点,提出采用RF无线通信技术对多关节蛇形机器人进行遥控的方法,并以ARM7-LPC2131为控制器、nRF905无线数据传输模块为无线遥控载体、液晶屏为人机交互界面搭建了遥控系统硬件平台。以MG995舵机作为蛇形机器人关节连接件,设计8关节蛇形机器人本体,模拟蛇的蜿蜒运动及直线运动。系统程序软件采用C和VC++语言编写。经调试,可实现蛇形机器人的预定运动功能。无线遥控距离可达到200 m,而且通信效果稳定可靠。In view of the defect,restricted direction and distance of the receiver used in traditional infrared remote control system,the remote controlling method based on the wireless radio frequency communication technology was put forward for controlling the multi-joint snake robot,and the hardware platform of system was built with ARM7- LPC2131 development board,NRF905 wireless data transceiver module,LCD screens. The 8 joints snake robot body was designed with the MG995 actuator which was used as the snake robot joint connections,and the simulation of snake winding motion and linear movement was accomplished with the snake robot body. The system software was written in C and VC++ programming language. The system has debugged and achieves the preconcert function of the snake robot. The communication distance of wireless remote control can reach to 200 m,and the communication was stable and reliable.
