摘  要:体育教师专业化是新课程标准实施下的现实需求,也是体育教师教育实践的主流话语.通过梳理我国现行体育教师专业化发展现状,发现存在以下问题:培养机构单一,过度集中化;培养目标宽泛,缺乏针对性;学科专业性突出,与新课标衔接不畅;教师培养与教师实践脱节等.依据体育新课标的要求,建议更新观念,加强职前培训;突出培训目标的现实操作性;创新培训课程体系设置;建立一体化教师专业化发展模式等.Professionalization of sports teacher is not only the realistic requirement under the new curricu- lum standard, but also the practical education of the mainstream discourse. By investigation of the current situation of professionalization of the teachers in China, various problems has been revealed, such as the presence of training institutions in a single, excessive centralization, training target broad, lack of perti- nence, outstanding subject, and the new curriculum standard poor convergence, teacher training and teacher practice etc. Based on the request of the new curriculum, it is proposed to update the concept, to strengthen the training of pre service, to practice training objectives, to innovate training curriculum sys- tem, and to establish the integration of teacher professional development mode.
