近十年来国际学生跨文化适应的国外研究新进展

摘　　要：本文主要对国外2000年以来跨文化心理适应的文献进行收集、翻译,从研究对象、研究方法、影响因素、适应过程、方法措施等方面对文献进行了梳理。研究认为,国外跨文化适应的研究对象多数为来自中国、韩国、台湾地区等硕士和博士研究生高学历群体,研究方法多采用扎根理论研究方法和人种学研究方法,影响因素包括文化原因和个体自身原因,认为跨文化适应过程是一个动态反复的适应过程,提出的方法措施比较具体,可操作性较强。The article is based on the literature review of overseas study on international students＇ intercul tural psychological adjustment since 2000. It＇s an analysis from the aspects of r, influencing factors, adjustment process and coping strategies. It finds out that the overseesearch sample, research method ologyas study mainly se lects postgraduate students from China, Korea and Taiwan etc. as samples, preferring to use Grounded theory and ethnographic methodology. Research findings show that both cultural and personal factors are influencing factors; intercultural adjustment is a dynamic and repetitive process and the coping strategies tend to be specific and prag matic.
