摘　　要：文章以"就业导向、工学交替"理念为基础,研究"学岗交融"高职教学模式教学质量评价体系,以专业、学业、企业为评价要素,着重构建"以学生为本"及"以职业能力形成为核心"的质量评价体系。Based on the theory of employment orientation and learning and working alternation, this article studies the teaching evaluation system which blends school learning and career in higher vocational schools. This system takes specialty, school work and enterprises as evaluation factors and mainly constructs a ＂student-oriented＂ and ＂vocational ability centered＂ quality evaluation system.
