摘　　要：在大学生心理健康课程教学中实施"关键点控制、项目制承包、体验式互动"的教学方法,是对现有大学生心理健康课程教学进行突破的有益尝试。该方法通过激发学生兴趣、引导自主探索、构建成长情境,促进学生自我体验、自主构建和自我生成,从而达到良好心理品质的养成,实现心理健康教育课的教学目的。To carry out the teaching method of ＂key points control, project mode, experience-oriented＂ in college students＇ mental health education, is a worthwhile attempt to improve the existing teaching mode. This method can arouse students＇ learning interests, guide their independent exploration, construct a growth situation, promote students＇ self-experience, self-construction and self generating, will eventually achieve favorable psychological quality state.
