2005～2011年厦门市食物中毒副溶血性弧菌的病原特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2005~2011年25起食物中毒标本中分离的108株副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布、tdh基因携带情况和PFGE分型特征。方法血清学实验检测菌株的血清型别;实时荧光PCR法检测耐热直接溶血素（tdh）基因;脉冲场凝胶电泳（PFGE）和BioNumerics软件对菌株进行分子分型分析。结果 108株菌分为7个血清群、15个血清型,主要血清型是O3∶K6;所有菌株分成65个PFGE types（PT）,相似度为34.1%~100.0%;92株菌携带tdh基因,阳性率为85.2%。结论引起厦门市食物中毒的副溶血性弧菌血清型分布呈多样性,优势血清型为O3∶K6,且大部分菌株具有tdh基因;同一克隆的菌株血清型可相同也可不同。Objective To investigate the serotype distribution,thermostable direct hemolysin （tdh） gene carrying and PFGE typing characteristics of 108 strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from 25 food-poisoning samples from 2005 to 2011. Methods Serotypes of strains and tdh gene were detected respectively by serological test and real-time fluorescent PCR method; molecular typing of strains was analyzed by pulse-field gel electrophoresis （PFGE） and BioNumerics software. Results 7 serogroups and 15 serotypes were found in 108 strains of bacteria and serotype O3：K6 was predominant;all strains were divided into 65 PFGE types （PT）,and the similarity was 34. 1%-100%;there were 92 strains carrying tdh gene,the carrying rate reached 85.2%. Conclusion The serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains caused by food-poisoning showed high diversity in Xiamen city,the predominant serotype was O3：K6,and a majority of strains possessed tdh gene;the serotypes of the strains from the same clone could be same or different.
