工程硕士学位的设立与培养模式研究

摘　　要：工程硕士是高等工程教育在研究生教育中与工学硕士学位处于同一层次的一种新的培养类型 ,是为适应我国经济建设和社会发展需要 ,尤其是为我国国企改革与发展培养急需人才的一种具体实现形式。在科技当先 ,以人为本的新经济时代 ,研究生教育的改革与发展与经济建设和社会发展有着十分密切的关系。文章从工程硕士学位产生的社会环境 ,工程硕士教育的培养目标、教育活动过程 。WT5”BZ]Master of Engineering is a model for training graduate students in the same level as master of science in higher engineering education.It meets the needs of the development of economy and society of our country,and is a specific form to train qualified personnel who is urgent the needed for the development and reform of the stated owned enterprises.The reform and development of education of graduate students are closely related to the construction of economy and development of our society in the new century.This paper focuses on the following:the social background of establishing the professional degree of the Master of Engineering,the target of training,the process of the training practice,co operation form between the colleges and the enterprises,and the corresponding training model of Master of Engineering.
