摘　　要：结合我院的办学实际 ,探讨了教学质量保障体系的内涵及其构成 ,提出了建立教学质量保障体系的规律 ,即始终突出教育教学观念的先导作用 ;在学院不同的发展阶段 ,教学的各项工作既要协调发展 ,又要突出重点 ;把握教学质量保障体系的性质 ,处理好规模发展与质量保证的关系、教学硬件建设与软件建设的关系、教学管理规范化与教学改革的关系、师范性与学术性的关系。从教学基本建设。The author has made an approach to the connotation and the construction of guaranty system of teaching quality based on the practice of our college management,and put forward the principles for the construction of guaranty system of teaching quality,that is,stressing the guiding role of pedagogic and teaching ideas;developing all kinds of teaching work harmoniously with the key points stressed in distinct stages of the college's development;grasping the nature of guaranty system of teaching quality,dealing well with the relationship between the development of scale and quality guaranty;dealing properly with the relationship between the construction of teaching“hardware” and “software”;dealing well with the relationship between the normalization of teaching management and teaching reform and dealing properly with relationship between teacher training and learning.The author has also made an overall summary of all the work done by our college on the establishment of guaranty system of teaching quality and of the achievements achieved from the aspects of basic teaching construction,teaching management,teaching reform and so on.
