转轨时期教师职业道德评价的思考

摘　　要：在社会主义计划经济向市场经济的转轨过程中 ,教师职业道德评价也在转轨。传统的讲服从、讲奉献、讲均衡、讲中庸正在向讲能力、讲权利义务、讲竞争、讲效率转化。因此 ,必须用符合市场经济规律的道德评价理念来评判教师职业道德 。In the transitional period from socialist planned economy to market economy, the evaluation of teachers professional morals is also in transit. The traditional ideas of encouraging obedience, devotion, equilibrium and the golden mean are changing into those of capability, rights and duties, competition and efficiency. Hence, the teachers professional morals should be evaluated by new stardands in accordance with the law of market economy so as to improve teachers professional morals .
