摘　　要：目的　制作中国人Turner综合征 (TS)自然生长曲线。研究Turner综合征患儿自然生长规律。方法　对全国 5省市 8所医院确诊的 2 5 3例TS患者治疗前的身高、体重和骨龄进行观测。同一患者的 2次测量值间隔至少超过 1年才作为 2例次参数计 ,共取得 2 89个身高值和 10 6个骨龄值。身高值经曲线参数估计法绘制曲线并与正常女孩生长曲线进行比较。结果　患儿平均出生身长为(47 2± 2 5 )cm ,身长标准差得分 (HtSDS)为 - 1 5 2。 3岁至 13岁各年龄组患儿平均身高及其HtSDS值随年龄增大与正常值差距增大 ,HtSDS从 3岁的 - 2 11降至 13岁的 - 4 83,患儿平均身高与同年龄正常身高均数之差由 3岁的 8 0 3cm增加至 13岁的 2 7 89cm ,从 13岁起逐渐减少至 2 0岁的 18 87cm。成年身高为 (140 0± 7 9)cm。 8岁前TS患儿生长曲线 x～ ( x +2s)的范围与正常女孩曲线 x～( x - 2s)的范围重叠 ,8岁起开始偏离 ,13～ 14岁时完全偏离。TS患儿生长曲线在青春期无生长高峰表现 ,年龄与骨龄差值随年龄增大而增大。 12岁以前差值 <2岁 ,13岁起差异增大 (>3岁 )。结论　TS患儿身高和骨龄随年龄增长逐渐偏离正常生长曲线 ,无青春期生长高峰 ,生长时间较正常人为长。Objective To analyze the spontaneous growth pattern in Chinese girls with Turner′s syndrome (TS), and to make Chinese TS growth curves for clinical practice. Methods The pretreatment mixed longitudinal and cross sectional height, weight and bone age measurements of 253 patients with Turner′s syndrome from 8 hospitals of 5 provinces in China were analyzed. The measurements were obtained from patients aged from birth to 30 years. It was required that only one observation should be included per year for one child. A total of 289 height measurements and 106 bone age measurements were obtained. The Chinese TS growth curves were developed by curve estimation and compared with that of the normal girls. Height z scores (HtSDS) of the TS girls were calculated according to the development data of normal girls from 9 cities of China. Weight for height z scores (HtWSDS) of TS patients were calculated according to the patients′ actual height and weight. Results Mean birth length ( n =6) was (47 2±2 5) cm, mean height z score (HtSDS) of the birth length was -1 52. The difference between the mean height of TS and the normal girls of the same age gradually increased from 8.03 cm at the age of 3 years to 27 89 cm at the age of 13 years, it gradually decreased to 18 87 cm at the age of 20 years. Mean adult height was (140 0±7 9) cm. The ～( +2s )area of TS patients′ growth curves and the ～( -2s )area of the normal growth curves were in the same range before the age of 8 years, which became partly different from 8 years old children and completely different at 13 14 years of age. There was no evidence of a pubertal height spurt in TS girls. Bone age was increasingly retarded, it was less than 2 years below chronological age before 12 years of age and more than 3 years below chronological age after the age of 13 years. Mean HtWSDS of all age groups were above the means of the normal girls except for that of the 4 year old group, which was -0 55. Mean HtWSDS of the patients from 9 y
