摘　　要：本文从网络课程的特点入手，论述了网络课程的构成，认为远程网络课程的开设应包括提供各种媒体类型的学习资料、开展多种教与学的活动和实施有效的课程管理，并介绍了实现远程网络课程的核心技术。The paper explores the construction of web－based courses from the viewpoint of features of web－based courses． It is identified that the development of web－based courses should include provision of multi－media learning materials， various kinds of teaching and learning activities and effective management of courses． It introduce the key technology for development of web－based courses as well．
